Baptisms, Weddings and Funerals
St Elisabeth's is part of the Anglican Church (Church of England) and is fully able to hold baptisms, weddings and funerals.
Baptisms
Do contact the vicar (Revd David Gillard (01323) 649728) to discuss baptisms. A great starting point is to come along on a Sunday morning, as a baptism is a celebration of faith.
Weddings
It may look an unusual venue for a wedding, but it is a great venue with seating for upto 200 people. If you like 1930s art deco then this may be the building for you! A new side entrance is planned to be built by the end of summer 2011 and an attractive side garden is being developed too. A venue with distinct atmosphere makes this a great venue to consider.
There are several legalities that need to be fulfilled, so contact the vicar (Revd David Gillard (01323) 649728) as soon as possible to ensure that your wedding service can take place.
Funerals
Firstly, if you are finding out details of our church in relation to holding a funeral service, sorry for your loss. The easiest way to proceed is to ask the Funeral Director to contact the Church.
