Sunday services, traditional in style
Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion.
8am (first Sunday of the month): A service using traditional ‘old English’ words such as ‘thee’ and ‘thou.’ A very quiet, reflective service that uses just spoken words to which just a handful of people attend. It lasts for about 30 minutes.
‘Common Worship’ Holy Communion.
9.30am: A traditional Anglican service using modern language. Music is led by a robed choir and a sermon is given. The service lasts for an hour.
Evening Prayer.
6.00pm: 4 th Sunday of the month at 6.30pm – A traditional evening service using ‘old English’ words such as ‘thee’ and ‘thou.’ A sermon is given and the service lasts for about an hour.
