Sunday services, traditional in style

Those who value a traditional form of worship will enjoy our Sunday 9,30am Service. This is a service of Holy Communion using the Anglican Church's ‘Common Worship’ using modern language. Music is led by a robed choir and a sermon is given. The service lasts for an hour. Refreshments are served after the service.

Once a month we hold a Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion Service at 8am on the first Sunday of the month. This service uses ‘old English’ words such as ‘thee’ and ‘thou.’ A very quiet, reflective service using just the spoken word and attended by a small group of people. It lasts for about 30 minutes.

Our final traditional service is our monthly Evening Prayer on the 4th Sunday of the month at 6.30pm – this again uses the language of ‘thee’ and ‘thou.’ A sermon is given and the service lasts for about an hour.
